Your initial consultation is obligation free. In every case, upon application we will charge a non-refundable minimum Processing Fee of £250 (Two hundred and fifty pounds), this Processing Fee may vary on an individual case basis and may be deducted from any further Broker Fee. In many circumstances we may also receive a commission from the Lender.

We reserve the right to charge a Broker Fee and wherever we do so a separate Fee Agreement will be signed giving clear confirmation of the discussed and agreed fee amount and when this is payable. This would be signed and agreed before any application is made on your behalf. Fees are determined on an individual case basis.
